Night-time travel
Late at night at the weekend, too, we will get you to your destination safely and easily. With the VVO's night transport you can decide to leave your car where it is, and travel home in comfort. With the Night ticket you can also save money.
With the VVO's night transport you can travel safely not just through Dresden but also in the Upper Elbe region.
Get home by tram, S-Bahn or bus, and on nights before Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays on the 8 regional bus routes there are simple connections at the DVB's Postplatz hub 1.15am and 2.25am (Line 321 and H/S excepted).
Night transport in Dresden
Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG will get you back home safe and sound every day. Night-time transport in Dresden is based on the Postplatz hub. Here, at specific times, you can connect to and change between different lines.
Many trams operate around the clock, while bus routes do not normally run between 1am and 5am. However, ALITA services then operate on some routes, i.e. taxis which run to the VVO's tariff and timetable, but have to be booked by phone. So you can still get to almost anywhere in the Dresden urban area even in the middle of the night.
